Working Principle
When the rotor core is rotated, the fork at the lower end of the rotor core drives the valve disc to rotate, so that the water outlet hole on the moving valve disc and the water inlet hole on the static valve disc correspond to each other, and finally the water flows out from the through hole on the rotor core, This design is widely used in the faucet outlet.
The ceramic spool includes a spool shell installed in the faucet. A spool is inserted in the spool shell. The lower end of the spool is clamped on the moving valve plate by a shift fork. The moving valve plate and the static valve plate are fitted to each other. The static valve plate It is fixedly installed in the valve core shell, and a pressure piece and a sealing pad are also installed below the static valve piece. The static valve piece is provided with two opposite water inlet through holes, and the movable valve piece is opened with the water inlet through hole. Corresponding to the water outlet through hole, the rotary core is provided with a through hole consistent with the direction of its central axis.
