Automated Bakery Production Line Overview
This 350kg/h automated production line specializes in manufacturing popular sandwich cakes and two-layer cakes. The system processes mixed batter deposited onto steel sheets, bakes them in tunnel ovens, and automatically layers, cuts, and prepares finished products for packaging with precision automation.
Production Process
Batter is uniformly deposited on steel sheet belts and baked in tunnel ovens. After baking, cake sheets are split into linear cakes - half are lifted while the others are turned over and coated with cream. The layered cakes are then cut into individual portions and transported to packaging machines. The line also supports cake rusk production when equipped with drying ovens.
