This fully automated sandwich bread production line is specifically engineered for high-volume manufacturing of various bread types including white, whole wheat, sourdough, rye, and multigrain sandwich breads. The system ensures uniform slicing, fine crumb texture, and consistent product quality.
Production Capabilities
SAIMAI provides comprehensive equipment solutions for various bread products including toast bread, sliced sandwich bread, hamburger buns, hotdog rolls, and soft bread. Each machine is customized to match specific product requirements and output capacity.
Production Process
Dough Processing & Proofing
After dough preparation and make-up line processing, toast moulds containing dough pieces are automatically fed into the multi-step proofer. Following final proofing, moulds are automatically equipped with lids for baking.
Baking & Cooling Systems
The system utilizes either air/gas proportional controlled direct heated tunnel ovens or air circulation type indirect heated tunnel ovens. Post-baking operations include automatic de-lidding and product removal via suction depanner, needle depanner, or flip-over depanner systems.
Baked products are cooled using spiral coolers while empty pans return through pan cooling tunnels to the dough positioning and panning machine, creating a continuous production cycle.
Advanced Oven Technology
SAIMAI's tunnel ovens feature independent temperature control in each zone to ensure uniform texture and color. User-friendly software saves recipes and enables quick product changeovers to minimize downtime and waste.
