6206 Hybrid Ceramic Ball Bearing High Speed for Motor Wheel
Hybrid Ball Bearing Detail:
The hybrid ceramic ball bearings have stainless steel rings and ceramic balls. The rings are made from AISI440C, 304 or 316 stainless steel. The ceramic balls are made from ZrO2, Si3N4 or Sic. We can also offer our hybrid ceramic bearings with PEEK or 316 stainless steel cages.
The hybrid ceramic bearing balls has the advantage of low density, low friction, high strength, electricity & magnet resistance and lubricant free. 1.5 times up high speed compare with stainless steel bearing. Life time increase 2 or 3 times compare with stainless steel bearing. Applicable for temperature up to 220℃.
Our hybrid ceramic bearings are available open or with PEEK seals. Some sizes may also be available flanged.
