Wear resistance 6803 Hybrid Ceramic Roller Bearing
Hybrid Roller Bearing Detail:
The hybrid ceramic roller bearings have stainless steel rings and ceramic rollers. The rings are made from AISI440C, 304 or 316 stainless steel. The ceramic rollers are made from ZrO2, Si3N4 or Sic. We can also offer our hybrid ceramic bearings with PEEK or 316 stainless steel cages.
The hybrid ceramic bearing has the advantage of low density, low friction, high strength, electricity & magnet resistance and lubricant free. 1.5 times up high speed compare with stainless steel bearing. Life time increase 2 or 3 times compare with stainless steel bearing. Applicable for temperature up to 220℃. Our hybrid ceramic bearings are available open or with PEEK seals. Some sizes may also be available flanged.
