Kenwei Leak Proof​ Multihead Weigher Machine

The Kenwei leak proof combination scale is designed for applications that require high accuracy necessities and high production rates. Combination scales have multiple weighing heads that weigh the product. The combination scale adds-up (combines) the weight from many heads to reach a specific weight. The buckets holding the product which add up to the proper weight are then discharged through the scale and to the packaging equipment below the objective was to create a food-safe machine that requires fewer operator interactions. 1. A newly added angle-dividing hopper effectively distributes materials to each line vibrating plate.
2. Specially made deep U-shaped vibrating plate to avoid materials leaking to both sides of the vibrating plate.
3. Uniform design standards and the use of mold making technology make the interchangeability of various parts stronger.
4. Aluminum thickened middle standing enhances the strength of the machine, making the time for stabilizing hoppers much shorter.
5. Optional weighing material detection is available to accurately control the feeding time and material thickness to ensure weighing accuracy.
6. Application: It is suitable for weighing small granules such as rice, sugar, fine tea, detergent powder, etc.
