Working Principle
Process Flow
Filtered and heated fresh air enters the air distributor at the top of the drying chamber, distributing uniformly in a spiral pattern from top to bottom. Simultaneously, the feed liquid is pumped to the top atomizer and sprayed into extremely fine mist droplets. Through direct contact with hot air, moisture evaporates instantly, leaving solid particles as powder. The dry powder discharges continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone collector, while exhaust air is discharged after cleaning.
