Filtered and heated air enters through the top air distributor, spiraling uniformly into the drying chamber. High-speed centrifugal atomization creates fine mist droplets that dry instantly upon contact with hot air. Finished products discharge continuously from the bottom, while exhaust gases exit through the fan system.
High-speed centrifugal technology is the most widely used method for liquid forming and drying. Ideal for producing powdered and granular products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and paste materials with precise particle size, moisture content, and density requirements.
Feed liquid is pressurized through diaphragm pumps, creating mist droplets that flow downward with hot air. Collection efficiency reaches 96-98% with optional secondary dust removal systems.
Fully enclosed stainless steel construction with three-stage air purification (100,000 grade). Features cold wall technology maintaining 80°C wall temperature and integrated cleaning systems.
Utilizes high-speed air or steam nozzles to create fine droplets through friction. Excellent for viscous materials with drying times under 30 seconds.
