This dryer processes various granular materials including yellow sand, cement slag, clay, coal gangue, mixture, quartz sand, gypsum, and iron powder within specific humidity and particle size ranges.
The three-cylinder design employs a sophisticated drying process: materials enter the inner drum for downstream drying, are lifted and scattered by copying boards for optimal heat exchange, then move to the middle layer for countercurrent drying. This two-step backward travel system ensures maximum heat absorption and extended drying time for optimal results.
