The rotary dryer employs direct flow heating with heat sourced from the firing unit. Material enters the shell and is immediately pushed back by spiral boards. Due to the inclined installation, material flows under gravity and rotation forces while being repeatedly lifted and dropped by internal boards, creating an even curtain for optimal heat exchange and efficient moisture removal.
