Wet material enters from one end of the dryer and is continuously stirred by uniformly distributed bafflers within the rotating barrel. This ensures material is evenly distributed and dispersed, facilitating maximum contact with parallel or counter-flow hot air to accelerate the drying process and enhance media transfer efficiency. Material progresses through the barrel under the combined action of angled bafflers and hot air flow, eventually discharging through the star-shaped unloader at the opposite end.
