Industrial Stainless Steel 8000kg Hot Air Dryer Machine
Working Principle
The raw material plate is arranged conveniently to allow adjustable angle positions. Material is inserted into the rotary cylinder through the raw material plate. Hot air flows within the cylinder, causing water separation from the material by converting it into vapor which is discharged into the atmosphere, resulting in dried material.
Operation Process
Wet material is loaded from one end of the dryer and stirred by uniformly distributed bafflers in the barrel. Material is evenly distributed and dispersed, fully contacting parallel (or counter) flow hot air to expedite drying and enhance media transfer efficiency. Material moves toward the star-shaped unloader at the opposite end under the effect of angled bafflers and hot air.
Machine Structure
The rotary dryer consists of revolving body, lifting plates, driving device, supporting device, sealing rings, and other components. This design offers reasonable structure, excellent workmanship, high yield, low energy consumption, and convenient operation.
