This heavy-duty palm fiber rotary dryer system, available in triple barrel or single drum configurations, provides efficient drying solutions for industrial applications. The complete system includes heat source, material lifting mechanism, feeding system, rotary drum, discharge system, induced draft fan, power cabinet, and cooling components.
Wet material enters from one end of the dryer and is continuously stirred by uniformly distributed bafflers within the barrel. This ensures material is evenly distributed and dispersed, facilitating full contact with parallel or counter-flow hot air. The angled bafflers and hot air work together to move material toward the star-shaped unloader at the opposite end.
