The rotary barrel hot air dryer delivers exceptional drying capacity with smooth rotation, low energy consumption, and high output efficiency. This industrial drying equipment features a slightly inclined rotating cylinder design that ensures optimal material handling and drying performance.
Working Principle
Wet materials enter from one end of the dryer and are continuously stirred by uniformly distributed bafflers within the barrel. This action ensures even material distribution and dispersion, facilitating full contact with parallel or counter-flow hot air. The angled bafflers and hot air work together to move materials toward the star-shaped unloader at the opposite end, accelerating the drying process and enhancing media transfer efficiency.
