Product Overview
LPG Rotary atomizer spray dryer is widely applied in liquid process shaping and drying industries. It is particularly suitable for producing powder, granule, or block solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspending liquids, and pumped paste liquids. When precise control over granule size distribution, final moisture content, bulk density, and granule shape is required, spray drying provides an ideal processing solution.

Working Principle
After filtering and heating, hot fresh air enters the air distributor at the top of the drying chamber, distributing uniformly in a spiral pattern from top to bottom. Simultaneously, the feeding liquid is pumped to the top atomizer and sprayed into extremely fine mist droplets. Through brief direct contact with hot air, moisture evaporates instantly, leaving solid particles as powder. Dry powder discharges continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone collector, while exhaust air is released after cleaning.
