LPG-1000 Heating Rotary Spray Dryer
The centrifugal spray dryer is widely used in liquid shaping technology and drying applications. It is ideal for producing powder and granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, and paste materials while maintaining precise control over particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density, and particle shape.
Working Principle
After filtration and heating, air enters the distributor at the dryer's top. Hot air flows spirally into the drying chamber. Material liquid is atomized by a high-speed centrifugal sprayer into fine mist droplets, which contact hot air briefly before dried products are discharged from the bottom. Waste gas is exhausted via blower.

Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries for processing: egg powder, amino acids, proteins, food flavors, pectin, carrageenan, herbal extracts, pigments, cocoa, malt dextrin, collagen, yeast, coffee creamer, milk products, gelatin, and gums.
