SFD Series Spin Flash Dryer Overview
The SFD Series High Speed Rotary Flash Dryer is an advanced fluidized drying system engineered to overcome the limitations of traditional static drying methods. By integrating air stream and fluidized drying technologies, this equipment delivers exceptional efficiency with significantly reduced energy consumption.
Working Principle
Hot air enters the drying chamber at high velocity from the bottom inlet, creating vigorous eddy currents. Material undergoes centrifugal, shearing, impact, and friction forces that reduce particle size while enhancing mass and heat transfer. Large moist particles are crushed at the bottom, while smaller, partially dried particles rise with the rotating air stream for further drying.
