The CVRM Double Screw Conical Mixer is a high-efficiency industrial mixing equipment designed for processing solid-solid (powder-powder) and solid-liquid materials. This versatile mixer serves multiple industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, dye, metallurgy, mining, food, monosodium glutamate, and animal feed production.
Working Principle
Featuring an inverted cone material barrel with two non-symmetrical upgrading screws, this mixer creates a continuous lifting and mixing action. As the screws rotate, they generate upward force that moves materials to the top of the barrel, where they aggregate and fall back down to fill vacancies, ensuring thorough and consistent mixing.
