The RD Series rotary dryer is a high-capacity industrial drying system designed for continuous production of powder, particle, piece, and paste materials. Working Principle
Moist raw material enters from one terminal and is continuously turned over by internal blades distributed throughout the cylinder. This ensures uniform distribution and complete contact with counter-current hot air, maximizing heat conduction efficiency. Under the combined action of inclined blades and hot air steam, materials progress through the drying process and are discharged via the discharge valve.

Suitable for processing powder, particle, piece, and paste materials across multiple industries including chemical, metallurgy, building materials, and light industry. Chemical applications include drying of ammonium sulfide, alkali sulfide, ammonium nitrate, urea, oxalic acid, potassium dichromate, PVC, manganese dioxide, calcium carbonate, nitrophosphate, calcium-magnesium phosphate, sodium fertilizer, phosphate rock, superphosphate, sodium sesquicarbonate, and sodium polyphosphate.
