The WLDH series horizontal double blade ribbon blender features a U-shaped horizontal trough with a specialized agitator system. The dual-ribbon design includes inner and outer helical agitators that rotate at approximately 45 RPM, moving materials in opposite directions simultaneously. This creates both radial and lateral material movement, ensuring thorough blending in short cycle times for free-flowing powders, granules, and liquid additives.
