Operating Principle
ACM series air classifying mills are high-energy vertical grinding systems featuring an internal air classifying wheel for precise particle size control. Material enters the grinding chamber via screw feeder and undergoes intensive impact and collision between the high-speed disc rotor and teeth liner. After grinding, fine powders are transported to the classifying section where qualified particles are discharged as final product, while coarse materials return to the grinding chamber for reprocessing. This continuous system is ideal for high-fiber content, heat-sensitive, and brittle materials across food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
