DRG Series Dry Roller Granulator
The DRG Series dry granulator features continuous feeding and discharging, integrating extrusion, crushing, and granulation functions to directly transform powdery materials into uniform granules. This equipment is particularly suitable for processing materials that are wet, heat-sensitive, prone to decomposition, or tend to agglomerate.
Feeding System
Supports manual feeding, elevator feeding, or vacuum feeder operation. During automatic feeding, the material level sensor continuously monitors hopper levels and automatically adjusts feeding speed. Powder is evenly distributed in the hopper and precisely transported to the pressure wheel feeding port via horizontal feeding screw.
Roller Extruding System
Powder is compressed into sheets by adjustable pressure wheels, with precise gap control for different thickness requirements. Available wheel types include smooth, reticulate, and straight wheels to accommodate various material properties and forming needs.
Mill System
Features selectable mesh screens with different apertures and adjustable gaps between grading wheels and screens. Available with spiral or hob grading wheels, and compatible with woven mesh or punched mesh plates for optimal grain collection.
Discharging System
Includes both aggregate and discharge ports. The aggregate port collects uncompressed raw materials from triangle areas, while the discharge port features vacuum discharge assembly with respirator for efficient transfer to screening equipment.
