The HSMG granulator operates through two integrated programs: mixing and granulating. Powder materials are loaded through the conical hopper and rotate continuously within the container under the mixing blade's action. Materials form liquid bridges under continuous conical wall effects, then undergo extrusion, friction, and crumbling between blade and tank wall. The resulting soft particles form through continuous cutting in a liquid-like state rather than forced extrusion, producing uniform, small granules with excellent transformation capabilities between different material types.
