Product Overview
High-speed centrifugal spray dryer with 18000rpm rotary atomizer, designed for processing sodium potassium compounds and various industrial materials. Available in stainless steel or carbon steel construction.
Working Principle
Filtered and heated air enters through the top air distributor in spiral form. Liquid materials are atomized by the high-speed centrifugal sprayer (18000rpm) into fine mist droplets that instantly dry upon contact with heated air. Finished products discharge continuously from the bottom while waste gases exit through the blower.
