This high-capacity conical ribbon mixing machine is specifically designed for efficient food powder processing, featuring dual screw mechanism for superior mixing performance.
Working Principle
The double screw cone mixer utilizes an inverted cone design with two non-symmetrical upgrading screws. During operation, the screws rotate to generate lifting force that elevates materials to the upper barrel section. Materials then aggregate in the depression and fall downward to fill vacancies, creating continuous mixing cycles.
Mixing Mechanism
Screw revolution along the wall creates circumferential material motion
Screw rotation lifts materials from the cone bottom upward
Compound rotation and revolution motions enable material absorption into screw cylindroid
Centrifugal force facilitates radial material discharge
Gravity-induced material dropping completes the mixing cycle
