SS Twin Screw Vertical Ribbon Mixer Overview
This industrial mixer features a double-layer spiral blade arrangement on the main shaft. The internal screw conveys material outward while the external screw gathers material inward, creating efficient convective motion that forms a low-dynamic, high-efficiency mixing environment.
Working Principle
The cantilever double screws cone mixer operates with an inverted cone material barrel containing two non-symmetrical upgrading screws. When rotating, these screws generate lifting forces that elevate materials to the upper barrel area, where they aggregate in the depression and fall back down to fill vacancies, ensuring thorough mixing.

Ideal for materials with significant specific gravity differences and large formulation ratios. Suitable for chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food processing, biotechnology, fertilizers, dyes, pigments, metallurgy, mining, building materials, plastics, and other industries requiring powder-powder (solid-solid), powder-liquid (solid-liquid), or liquid-liquid mixing.
