Industrial Spray Dryer Overview
The RWSD-25 spray dryer is engineered for chemical industry applications with a maximum water evaporation capacity of 25kg/h. This advanced drying system utilizes centrifugal atomization technology to efficiently convert liquid materials into uniform solid powder or particle products.
Working Principle
Air is filtered and heated before entering the drying chamber through a spiral distributor. Simultaneously, raw material liquid is pumped to the centrifugal atomizer, creating fine droplets that contact the hot air flow. Rapid moisture evaporation occurs within seconds, producing dry finished products that are discharged through the cyclone separator.
