The 63KW 50kg/h Water Evaporation Pharmaceutical Spray Drying Machine is a high-performance industrial drying system designed for pharmaceutical applications. This centrifugal atomizer spray dryer efficiently processes liquid or slurry materials into dry powder with maximum moisture evaporation capacity of 50kg per hour.

Air is filtered and heated, then enters the drying chamber through a hot air distributor. Simultaneously, raw material liquid is pumped to the centrifugal atomizer, where it transforms into fine droplets. The hot air and atomized liquid interact thoroughly, causing rapid moisture evaporation and producing dry finished products within seconds.
