Working Principle
The VTD series vacuum tray dryer operates as a static chamber dryer under vacuum conditions. Trays containing wet materials are stacked within the drying chamber on heating shelves. Heat transfer occurs through steam, hot water, or thermal oil circulating through these shelves. Under vacuum, the boiling point of moisture decreases significantly, enabling evaporation at lower temperatures. The vacuum pump continuously removes evaporated moisture, accelerating the drying process while enabling solvent recovery through the condenser system.

This equipment is specifically designed for drying thermal-sensitive materials that may decompose, polymerize, or deteriorate at higher temperatures.
