50KW Calcium Chloride Rotary Flash Dryer with 200-1600mm Barrel Diameter and 10-2000kg/h Evaporation Capacity
The 50KW Calcium Chloride Drying Rotary Flash Dryer is an industrial drying system designed for efficient moisture removal from calcium chloride and other materials. Hot air enters tangentially at the bottom, creating a powerful rotational wind field through the stirrer mechanism.
Materials enter via screw feeder and are dispersed by high-speed rotating impellers. The combination of friction, shearing forces, and hot air contact ensures rapid drying. A grading ring separates particles by size, with fine materials exiting through the center while larger particles are recycled for further processing.
