This industrial drying system utilizes a high-speed rotating impeller to disperse and dry materials through direct contact with heated air, ensuring optimal moisture removal and material preservation.

Hot air enters tangentially at the dryer bottom, forming a strong rotational wind field via the stirrer. Materials fed through the screw feeder are crushed and dispersed by the high-speed impeller, enabling rapid drying through full contact with hot air. Dried particles are separated via a grading ring, with final collection through cyclone separators and dust removers.
