16 Layer Chemical Multilayer Disc Drying Machine
The CPD Continuous Disc Plate Dryer is a multi-layer fixed hollow heating circular carrier system developed through continuous improvement of intermittent stirring dryers. This industrial drying equipment uses heat conduction to efficiently process wet materials through indirect heating on heated disc surfaces.
Working Principle
Wet material is continuously fed onto the top plate and transported in a spiral pattern across heated surfaces by rotating arms with plows. The material moves alternately from outer to inner positions through layered plates, with moisture evaporated during transport and exhausted with filtered air.
