The CPD Continuous Disc Plate Dryer is an advanced industrial drying system featuring multi-layer hollow heating discs that provide efficient, uniform drying through indirect heat conduction. This continuous operation system handles wet materials with precision temperature control and flexible configuration options.
Working Principle
Wet material enters the top drying layer and is systematically moved across alternating large and small drying plates by rotating rakes. Heat transfer occurs as thermal media flows through hollow discs, evaporating moisture which is then discharged with exhaust gases. The process continues through multiple layers until dried material reaches the discharge outlet at the bottom.
