The MPCD series conveyor mesh belt dryer is designed for efficient drying of fruits, vegetables, seaweed, peppers, herbs, chili, and coconut. This industrial continuous drying equipment ensures uniform drying through advanced hot air circulation technology.
Applications
This mesh belt dryer is widely used across multiple industries including chemical processing, food production, pharmaceuticals, construction materials, and electronics. It is particularly effective for drying raw materials with good breathability and those shaped as pieces, strips, or granules. The equipment can also process paste-like materials such as filter cake after shaping through granulators or extruders.
Working Principle
The dryer system consists of feeder, drying bed, heat exchanger, and damp exhaust fan. During operation, air enters the dryer and is heated through the heat exchanger. Using scientific circulation methods, hot air passes through the raw materials on the bed, ensuring uniform heat exchange. The circulation fan maintains continuous hot air steam circulation within each unit, while low-temperature, high-damp air is exhausted, completing the stable and highly efficient drying process.
