The 2.8M² Continuous Compact Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer is engineered for efficient drying of milk powder and similar materials. Material enters through the feeding port and moves forward continuously in a fluidized state under vibration force. Hot air passes upward through the fluid bed, exchanging heat with damp material. After powder collection via cyclone separator, dried product is discharged from the outlet.
Working Principle
Material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer/cooler, where vibration and air flow combine to propel it forward continuously. Hot air flows upward through the bed, exchanging heat with wet materials. After cyclone dust collection, dried materials discharge from the outlet end.
