Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer for Isolated Soya Protein
This industrial fluid bed dryer efficiently processes isolated soya protein and other materials through continuous fluidized drying technology. Material enters through the feeding port and moves forward in fluidized state along the horizontal direction under vibration force.
Working Principle
Material is fed into the dryer where it moves continuously along the fluidized bed under airflow and vibration. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with wet material. Powder is collected by cyclone separator while damp air is exhausted, and dried product is discharged from the outlet.
