This 4-deck circular rotary vibrating screen is engineered for high-precision separation of fine powders, featuring a processing capacity of 3500kg/h and capable of handling mesh sizes up to 325. Application Scope

Working Principle
The machine consists of a hopper, vibration chamber, coupling, and motor. Key components include eccentric wheels, rubber soft parts, and main shaft bearings. The adjustable eccentric weight, driven by the motor, creates centrifugal force that generates a vortex motion in the sieve, effectively separating materials. Amplitude can be precisely regulated according to different raw material characteristics.
