The WLDH series horizontal ribbon paddle mixing machine is engineered for efficient blending of dry powders, wet granules, and paste materials. Featuring a robust U-shaped trough and specialized double ribbon agitators, this industrial mixer delivers thorough, homogeneous mixing in short cycle times.
Working Principle
This horizontal double blade ribbon blender operates at approximately 66 RPM and consists of a U-shaped horizontal trough with specially fabricated agitators. The dual ribbon system features outer ribbons that push materials from both ends toward the middle, while inner ribbons move materials from the middle to both ends. This creates continuous convective circulation and shearing action, ensuring thorough radial and lateral material movement for complete blending.
