This 5.5KW horizontal ribbon mixer with 66 RPM operation is designed for efficient mixing of powders, feeds, chemicals, and food products. The machine features a U-shaped horizontal trough and specialized double ribbon agitators for thorough material blending.
Working Principle
The WLDH series horizontal double blade ribbon blender utilizes a unique dual-direction mixing action. Outer ribbons push materials from both ends toward the center, while inner ribbons move materials from the center outward. This creates continuous convective circulation and shearing action at approximately 45 RPM, ensuring complete blending in short cycle times.
