Double Drum Dryer for Industrial Processing
The DDD series rotary drum dryer is an internal heating conduction type continuous drying equipment designed for efficient processing of liquid, viscous, and sticky materials across multiple industries.
Working Principle
This continuous indirect heating drying processor features a rotary drum heated by steam, applicator rollers, scraper, and exhaust hood. Liquid materials are fed onto the rotating drum, evenly spread by the applicator system, and dried within a single rotation cycle. The dried product is then scraped off by the integrated knife system.
