The mechanical design wood chips rotary dryer is engineered to efficiently reduce moisture content in materials through direct contact with heated gas. This industrial drying system features a large rotating cylindrical tube supported by concrete columns or steel beams, with an inclined design that facilitates material conveyance under gravity from feed to discharge end.

Working Principle
When damp raw material enters the dryer, internal blades distribute it uniformly throughout the cylinder. The material makes full contact with counter-current hot air, optimizing heat conduction. Through the combined action of inclined blades and hot air steam, the material moves progressively through the drying chamber and is discharged through the outlet valve.
