The PNSD pressure nozzle rotary spray dryer granulator combines drying and granulation processes in a single unit. This industrial equipment features adjustable spraying pressure, flow rates, and nozzle sizes to achieve specific granule dimensions for calcium nitrate liquid and similar materials.
Working Principle
Liquid or paste raw materials are atomized into fine droplets using a diaphragm pump pressure system. These droplets undergo rapid heat exchange (10-90 seconds) for quick drying. Most powder granules are collected at the dryer's bottom discharge outlet, while waste air and fine powder are separated in the cyclone. A secondary duster ensures finished powder recovery rates of 96% to 98%.
