The 7.5KW 100kg/h Pressure Nozzle Spray Dryer delivers rapid drying performance for chemical industry applications, evaporating 95-98% of moisture within 10-60 seconds. This industrial drying system features precise temperature control and versatile material compatibility.
Working Principle
Filtered and heated fresh air enters through the top air distributor in a spiral pattern. Liquid material is atomized by high-speed centrifugal sprayers into fine mist droplets that instantly dry upon contact with heated air. Finished products discharge continuously from the bottom while waste air exits through the blower system.
