500kg/h PLC Touch Screen Control Pressure Nozzle Spray Dryer
Industrial spray drying system with 500kg/h water evaporation capacity and 19M height, featuring PLC touch screen control for precise operation and high efficiency drying processes.
Working Principle
Filtered and heated fresh air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, flowing in spiral form into the drying chamber. Liquid raw material is sprayed through high-speed centrifugal sprayers into fine mist droplets that instantly dry upon contact with heated air. Finished products discharge continuously from the bottom while waste air is expelled through the blower system.
