Working Principle
The FL-120 operates as a batch-type top spray granulation processor. Raw materials are loaded into the granulating bowl with a perforated plate bottom. Clean hot air flows through the plate to fluidize the material while liquid binder is sprayed onto the fluidized particles, causing fine powder to collide with droplets and form granules with excellent flowability and instant solubility.
