The spray drying process begins when liquid materials (solutions, emulsions, suspensions, or slurries) are pumped to the top of the drying tower. High-pressure nozzles atomize the liquid into fine droplets that contact hot air simultaneously. Moisture evaporates instantly within 5-30 seconds, producing dry granular products that discharge from the bottom or through cyclone separation systems.
