Dense phase pneumatic conveying utilizes airflow energy to transport particulate materials through enclosed ducts, representing a specialized application of fluidization technology. During material transport, additional physical or chemical processes including heating, cooling, drying, and gas classification can be simultaneously performed. Note: Materials with high moisture content, adhesive properties, or those prone to static electricity generation during high-speed movement may not be suitable for pneumatic conveying.
