Product Description
This dense-phase pneumatic conveying system is engineered for efficient long-distance sealed transport of various bulk materials. With a maximum conveying distance of up to 1000 meters, it handles materials including fly ash, lime powder, cement, aluminum powder, mineral powder, saw dust, and straw.
System Overview
The equipment features a compact design with minimal space requirements, allowing flexible pipeline layout and optimal plant configuration. Complete system configuration includes PLC control for fully automated operation and simplified maintenance.
Working Principle
Material enters the sending tank through double butterfly valves or expansion butterfly valves, with displaced air released via exhaust valves to eliminate reverse pressure. When the tank reaches 90% capacity, feed and exhaust valves close simultaneously. Compressed air is then introduced through the inlet valve, mixing with materials. Once pressure reaches the set value, the discharge valve opens automatically, transporting material in plunger form through pressurized pipelines until empty.
