PLC Controlled Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying Injection Tank
This advanced dense-phase pneumatic conveying system is engineered for efficient long-distance sealed transport of various powdered materials. With an adaptive conveying distance of 50-500 meters, it handles materials including fly ash, lime powder, cement, aluminum powder, mineral powder, saw dust, and straw particles.

Working Principle
Materials enter the sending tank through double butterfly valves while displaced air escapes via exhaust valves. When the tank reaches 90% capacity, feed and exhaust valves seal simultaneously. Compressed air then pressurizes the tank, mixing with materials until reaching preset pressure levels. The discharge valve opens automatically, transporting materials in plunger form through pressurized pipelines until complete material evacuation.
