Working Principle
Material enters the sending tank through double butterfly valves while displaced air is released via exhaust valves. When the tank reaches 90% capacity, valves seal and compressed air is introduced, mixing with materials. At preset pressure levels, discharge valves open automatically, transporting materials in plunger form through pressurized pipelines until complete material evacuation.
